Hard to say. Andrew Jackson wasn't a good President, and George W. Bush was right up there. Most Presidents we criticize, like Nixon or Clinton, were actually fairly good Presidents, besides their misadventures.

I'd say it's not easy to find the right answer when few members here have seen even three US Presidencies in their lifetime.
