A math class tradition is to celebrate Pi Day. (3/14) My class is celebrating the Friday before it, instead of the Monday after it, which makes much more sense to me, but oh well.
Meh. Do what you will.

My meth math class isn't nerdy enough to do that, but I do myself. I can't wait until Pi Day 2015!

I would have thought the US release of Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver would be a more interesting reason to celebrate that day. But I guess that's just crazy old me with my crazy ideas.

^ Same here. Like last year, my math teacher got a pie thrown in his face from the person who could memorize the most numbers in pi.

Lucky. I want to throw a pie at my teacher's faceā€¦(not that I have anything against her, I just want to throw a pie at someone's face because it's classic humor.)

Fun fact: The figures "123456789" appear in the 523,551,502nd to 523,551,510th digits of pi.

I could imagine someone young reading out the digits of pi for several years, and eventually at a much older age he would be saying "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9".
