Hex DE on the Red/Blue glitchdex wasn't there so I typed in the code to make it my starter and here is it's information:

Hex DE:

Also when you try to nickname it the screen goes white, you have to press A once or twice to return it to normal.

Another thing is, that when you look at its moves in the stat screen the top move, no matter what it is,it has a Charizard M effect and all moves below it can't be seen, they're normal in battle though.
