Okay, my friend Mario & The Triforce World (or Marry for short) from TRS and I discovered a glitch a while back ago.
Here, I'll list the steps and pictures. :D
(So far, I only have pictures for steps 1 through 4. The emulator closed at the flight screen, and it's hard to pause mid-step on a keyboard control)

Preparation: Make sure that you have a pokemon that can use HM02, Fly.

Step 1: Go to Vermilion City.
Step 2: Walk up to the route north of Vermilion.
Step 3: From here, do a Mew Trick variation by flying away from the trainer in the upper left hand corner of the route.
Step 4: Choose to fly back to Vermilion City.
Step 5: Walk to the route that is east of Vermilion.
Step 6: Fight any trainer here. it does not matter who you fight.
Step 7: After battle, walk back into Vermilion. The first stop you should make is the Pok?Mart.
Step 8: At the mart, buy some Pok? Balls.*
Step 9: After buying your Pok? Balls, stop by the Pok?mon Center and heal all of your Pok?mon, regardless of health.*
Step 10: Now walk up to the route north of Vermilion one last time: Voila, 0 Error. Effects can vary, from walking and hearing the Jr. Trainer, to seeing "0 Error" after bringing up the start screen. This has no other affect on the game, and you can Fly away to reset the route.
* denotes a step that must be done.

Uh, like, nifty or something, I guess.

All that happens to me is I battle the trainer as soon as i enter the route, and once I'm in the route its slow, the screen flickers, and none of my buttons work.  Is that supposed to happen? Also, it does that regardless if I go to both the mart and pokecenter (i only have to go to one)

Oh, and you want to know what funny?  After I battled a trainer to the east of the city, I faced a wild Drowzee, but i didnt think anything of it.  Then I wondered what it would be like if it chose not to go to the mart or pokemon center, and just straight to the route.  To my suprise, a wild Mew appeared.  :o  it is the perfect coincidence.

EDIT:  I reread the Ditto Trick and realize this has been known already.  Its still nice that the coincidence occured.

Yeah, that will happen. The most crucial part is the variable- the Mart and Pok?center - which can be used in any town. You don't have to fly away from that specific trainer, either. The trainer to the left of the Gambler associated with the Mew Trick is a good one to try.  :)
