Because that's how all Weird Al songs are, not really making a lick of sense.

In My Time Of Dying-Led Zeppelin (Physical Graffiti, 1975)

In my time of dying, want nobody to mourn
All I want for you to do is take my body home
Well, well, well, so I can die easy,
Well, well, well, so I can die easy
Jesus, got to make you… sure know, Jesus, gonna make you
Jesus, gonna make you my dyin' bed, Meet me, Jesus, meet me
Ooh, meet me in the middle of the air
If my wings should fail me, Lord
Oh, please meet me with another pair
Well, well, well, so I can die easy
Oh-oh, well, well, well, so I can die easy
Jesus, gonna make you… somebody, somebody
Oh, oh, Jesus gonna make you
Jesus gonna make you my dyin' bed
Oh, Saint Peter, at the gates of hea'en
Won't you let me in, I never did no harm
I never did no wrong, Oh, oh Gabriel, let me blow your horn
Let me blow your horn, Oh, I never did, did no harm
Did no harm, I've only been this young once
I never thought I'd do anybody no wrong
No, not once, oh, Oh, good, Oh, I did somebody some good
Somebody some good, yes-oh,
Oh, did somebody some good, yeah
I must have did somebody some good, yeah, Oh, I believe I did
I see the smilin' faces,
I know there must be lipstick traces, oh God
And I see them in the streets, And I see them in the field
And I hear them shouting under my feet
And I know it's got to be real, Oh, Lord, deliver me
All the wrong I've done, Ooh, you can deliver me, Lo-ord
I only wanted to have some fun
Oh, hear the angels marchin', hear the' marchin', hear them marchin', hear them,
marchin', the' marchin'
Oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus,
oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus, Oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus, oh my Jesus, oh my
Je-ah-oh, ah my
Je-hey, yeah, that's got to be my Jesus, whoa-whoa
It's got to be, it's got to be my Jesus
It's got to be, oh It's got to be my Jesus
Oh, gonna take me home, Come on, come on
I can hear the angels singin'
Oh, here they come, here they come, here they come
Bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye
Oh, it feels pretty good up here, pretty good up here
I'll touch Jesus, I'll touch Jesus, I'll touch Jesus, I'll touch Jesus, I'll touch Jesus,
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah
Oh, I see him, yeah, Come on, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take, take,
take, take, take, take
Ooh, yes, come on, oh, oh yeah,
Oh, don't you make it my dyin', dyin', dyin'…
(hack cough cough)
Cough…
(That's gonna be the one, isn't it?)
(Come have a listen, then.)
(Oh yes, thank you.)

Bob Dylan wrote that song, by the way.

No, I believe somebody else wrote that before Dylan. (I'll have to look that up). The Zeppelin version is 11:06 long.

Song Lyrics huh? Well since I don't know that many songs and there is not many video games with lyrics there is only one thing to do….POST POKEMON SONG LYRICS!!!!  :P (most of the crowd yells "noooooooooo" as the "lame cheesy-sounding songs" cause them to go insane  :P :P :P). But anyways I think that some of the Pokemon songs are really cool so I will at least post a website address so you can see the lyrics IF you want to. Here is the first site I found with some Pokemon song lyrics: click the links on the page for the song you want. http://www.stlyrics.com/songs/p/pokemon7147.html

"Maxwell's Silver Hammer"-The Beatles (Abbey Road, 1969)

Joan was quizzical, studied pataphysical
Science in the home
Late nights all alone with a test tube
Ohh-oh-oh-oh…
Maxwell Edison majoring in medicine
Calls her on the phone
"Can I take you out to the pictures
Joa-oa-oa-oan?"
But as she's getting ready to go
A knock comes on the door…

Bang, bang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Came down upon her head
Clang, clang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Made sure that she was dead

Back in school again Maxwell plays the fool again
Teacher gets annoyed
Wishing to avoid an unpleasant sce-e-e-ene
She tells Max to stay when the class has gone away
So he waits behind
Writing 50 times "I must not be so-o-o-oo…"
But when she turns her back on the boy
He creeps up from behind

Bang, bang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Came down upon her head
Clang, clang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Made sure that she was dead

P.C. Thirty-One said "we caught a dirty one"
Maxwell stands alone
Painting testimonial pictures ohh-oh-oh-oh
Rose and Valerie screaming from the gallery
Say he must go free (Maxwell must go free)
The judge does not agree and he tells them so-o-o-oo
But as the words are leaving his lips
A noise comes from behind

Bang, bang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Came down upon his head
Clang, clang, Maxwell's silver hammer
Made sure that he was dead wo-wo-wo-oo
Silver hammer man

(instrumental solo)

You've been coolin, baby, I've been droolin,
All the good times I've been misusin',
Way, way down inside, I'm gonna give you my love,
I'm gonna give you every inch of my love,
Gonna give you my love.

Wanna whole lotta love
Wanna whole lotta love
Wanna whole lotta love
Wanna whole lotta love

Way down inside… woman… you need… love.

Shake for me, girl. I wanna be your backdoor man.
Keep it coolin, baby.

2. What Is And What Should Never Be (4:47)

And if I said to you tommorow
Take my hand child, come with me
And to a castle I will take you
Where, what's to be they shall be

catch the wind, see us spin
Sail away leave the day
Way up high in the sky
Hey oh
Where the wind won't blow
we really shouldn't go
it only goes to show
That you will be mine
By taking our time
oooohhhh

And if you said to me tommorow
oh what fun it all would be
Then whats to stop us pretty baby
But what is and what should never be

Catch the wind see us spin
Sail away leave the day
Way up high in the sky
Hey oh
Where the wind won't blow
we really shouldn't go
And it only goes to show
That you will be mine
By taking our time
ooooohhhhh

So if you wake up with the sunrise
And all your dreams are still as new
And happiness is what you need so bad
Well, girl the answer lies with you

Catch the wind see us spin
Sail away leave the day
Way up high in the sky
Hey oh
Where the wind won't blow
We really shouldn't go
And it only goes to show
That you will be mine
By taking our time
oooohhhh

Hey-oh
If the wind won't blow
We really shouldn't go
Only goes to show
Catch the wind
We're gonna see it spin
We're gonna sail
Leave the day

My my my my my my yeah

Everybody I know seems to know me well
But they're never gonna know
Gonna move like hell

3. The Lemon Song (6:19)

I should have quit you a long time ago
Whoa-e-yeah-yeah, a long time ago
I wouldn't be here with my children
Down on this killin' floor

I should have listened, baby, to my second mind, oh
I should have listened, baby, to my second mind
Everytime I go away and leave you, darling
Send me the blues fresh down the line, oh

(guitar solo)

Babe, yeah
Gimme my baby
oh ooh ohh ohh, no no no no no
Now take it down for me

People tell me baby, keep me satisfied
Try to worry me baby but I never
Get to be mine so
People worry, baby, to keep you satisfied
Ha, let me tell you baby
Oh, you ain't nothin but a two-bit, no good, yeah

I went to sleep last night, I work as hard as I can
I bring all my money, you take my money, give it to another man
I should have quit you, baby, oh, such a long time ago, oh
I wouldn't be here with all my troubles
Down on this killing floor

Squeeze me baby, 'til the juice runs down my leg
Now now, squeeze me baby, 'til the juice runs down my leg
The way you squeeze my lemon,
I'm gonna fall right out of bed bed bed bed, yeah

Hey, hey, hey hey hey hey hey hey yo, hey, do
Baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby babe, oh
Hey babe yeoh yeoh yeoh
Oh oh

I'm gonna leave my children down on this killing floor

4. Thank You (4:49)

If the sun refused to shine
I would still be loving you
If mountains crumble to the sea
There would still be you and me

Kind woman, I give you my all
kind woman, nothing more

Little drops of rain
Whisper of the pain
Tears of love lost in the days gone by
My love is strong
With you there is no wrong
Together we shall go until we die

My my my

An inspiration's what you are to me
Inspiration, look and see

(acoustic solo)

And so today, my world, it smiles
Your hand in mine, we walk the miles
Thanks to you, it will be done
For you to me, are the only one

All right, yeah

Happiness, no more be sad
Happiness, I'm glad

If the sun refused to shine
I would still be loving you
Mountains crumble to the sea
There will still be you and me

(organ solo)

5. Heartbreaker (4:13)

Hey fellas, have you heard the news?
You know that Annie's back in town?
It won't take long, just watch an' see,
All the fellas lay their money down.
Her style is new but the face's the same
As it was so long ago.
But from her eye is a different smile,
Like that of one who knows.

Well it's been ten years and maybe more
Since I first set eyes on you.
The best years of my life gone by,
Here I am alone 'n' blue.
Some people cry and some people die
By the wicked ways of love
But I just keep on rollin' along
With the grace from the Lord above.

People talkin' all around
'Bout the way you left me flat.
I don't care what the people say,
I know where their jive is at.
A-one thing I do have on my mind,
If you can clarify please do:
It's the way ya call me another guy's name
When I try to make love to you~ooh-yeah!

I try to make love, it ain't no use.
A-give it to me, a-give it!

(guitar solo)

Hmm-work so hard I couldn't unwind,
Get some money saved.
Abuse my love a thousand times
However hard I try.
Heartbreaker your time has come,
Can't take your evil ways.
Go away Heartbreaker~ahhh.
Heartbreaker, heartbreaker, heart!

6. Livin Lovin Maid (2:39)

With a purple umbrella and a fifty cent hat,
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.
Missus cool rides out in her aged Cadillac.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.

Come on, babe on the round about, ride on the merry-go-round,
We all know what your name is, so you better lay your money down.

Alimony, alimony payin' your bills,
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.
When your conscience hits, you knock it back with pills.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.

Come on, babe on the round about, ride on the merry-go-round,
We all know what your name is, so you better lay your money down.

Tellin' tall tales of how it used to be.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.
With the butler and the maid and the servants three.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.

Nobody hears a single word you say.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.
But you keep on talkin' till your dyin' day.
Livin', lovin', she's just a woman.

Come on, babe on the round about, ride on the merry-go-round,
We all know what your name is, so you better lay your money down.

Livin', Lovin', She's just a woman.
Livin', Lovin', She's just a woman.
Livin', Lovin', She's just a woman.

7. Ramble On (4:25)

Leaves are falling all around,
It's time I was on my way.
Thanks to you, I'm much obliged
For such a pleasant stay.
But now it's time for me to go,
The autumn moon lights my way.
For now I smell the rain,
And with it pain,
And it's headed my way.
Ah, sometimes I grow so tired,
But I know I've got one thing I got to do,

Ramble On,
And now's the time, the time is now
To sing my song.
I'm goin' 'round the world,
I got to find my girl, on my way.
I've been this way ten years to the day, Ramble On,
Gotta find the queen of all my dreams.

Got no time to for spreadin' roots,
The time has come to be gone.
And tho' our health we drank a thousand times,
It's time to Ramble On.

Ramble On,
And now's the time, the time is now
To sing my song.
I'm goin' 'round the world,
I got to find my girl, on my way.
I've been this way ten years to the day, Ramble On,
Gotta find the queen of all my dreams.

I ain't tellin' no lie.
Mine's a tale that can't be told,
My freedom I hold dear;
How years ago in days of old
When magic filled the air,
T'was in the darkest depths of Mordor
I met a girl so fair,
But Gollum, and the evil one crept up
And slipped away with her.
Her, her….yea.
Ain't nothing I can do, no.

Ramble On,
And now's the time, the time is now
To sing my song.
I'm goin' 'round the world,
I got to find my girl, on my way.
I've been this way ten years to the day, Ramble On,
Gotta find the queen of all my dreams.

Gonna ramble on, sing my song
Gotta keep-a-searchin' for my baby…
Gonna work my way, round the world
I can't stop this feelin' in my heart
Gotta keep searchin' for my baby
I can't find my bluebird!
I'd listen to my bluebird sing but I can't find my blue bird
A-keep-a ramblin' baby…

8. Moby Dick (4:23)

Moby Dick is an instrumental. No lyrics. (No, these aren't lyrics.)

9. Bring It On Home (4:21)

Baby, baby… I'm gonna bring it on home to you.
I've got my ticket, I've got that load.
Got up, gone higher, all aboard.
Take my seat, right way back. ooh yeah.
Watch this train roll down the track.
I'm gonna bring it on home,
Bring it on home to you.
Watch out, watch out…

Try to tell you baby, what you tryin' to do?
Tryin' to love me baby, love some other man too.
Bring it on home…

Went a little walk downtown, messed and got back late.
Found a note there waiting, it said, "Daddy, I just can't wait."
Bring it on home… Bring it back home to me baby…

Tell you, pretty baby, you love to mess me `round.
I'm gonna give you lovin', baby, gonna move you out o' town.
Bring it on home…

Sweetest little baby, daddy ever saw.
I'm gonna give you lovin' baby, I'm gonna give you more.
Bring it on home…

Bring it on home, Bring it on home to you…

NOTES: Led Zeppelin 2 is one of the greatest rock albums ever made. It sold 12,000,000 copies, going diamond. It was the first Zeppelin album to do so and the first of 5 to do so. Only the Beatles have had as many Diamond albums.
-It was Zeppelin's second album. Their first, Led Zeppelin 1, charted at #6 in the UK and #10 in the US. Led Zeppelin 2 charted at #1 in both the US and UK, the first Zeppelin album to reach #1 in both nations and the first Zeppelin album to ever hit #1.
-All 9 songs are famous. I have heard all 9 of them on my local radio station.
-"Thank You" is the only completely acoustic song on the album. The other 8 songs all were hard rock songs.
-"Heartbreaker" and "Livin Lovin Maid" are usually played together by local radio stations (including mine) because there's no pause between them. "The Lemon Song" (sometimes listed as Killin' Floor) and "Thank You" are sometimes played together as well becasue there's no pause between them either. This includes my local radio station.
-All and all, this album kicks ass.

I fixed it, I just forgot to delete that post right before the album one. Hang on a minute…

EDIT: Okay, I removed it now. Is this better? I await your response. And, it is illegal to double-post AT ALL on this website? I wanted to post those two (Maxwell's Silver Hammer and Led Zeppelin 2) posts at the same time (ESPECIALLY considering they are by different bands), but they wouldn't have looked well together, so I split them up. That's why I double posted in the first place. I apologize.

Be Safe- The Cribs

One of those fucking awful black days when nothing is pleasing and everything that happens is an excuse for anger. An outlet for emotions stockpiled, an arsenal, an armour. These are the days when I hate the world, hate the rich, hate the happy, hate the complacent, the TV watchers, beer drinkers, the satisfied ones. Because I know I can be all of those little hateful things and then I hate myself for realising that. There's no preventative, directive or safe approach for living. We each know our own fate. We know from our youth how to be treated, how we'll be received, how we shall end. These things don't change. You can change your clothes, change your hairstyle, your friends, cities, continents but sooner or later your own self will always catch up. Always it waits in the wings. Ideas swirl but don't stick. They appear but then run off like rain on the windshield. One of those rainy day car rides my head implodes, the atmosphere in this car a mirror of my skull. Wet, damp, windows dripping and misted with cold. Walls of grey. Nothing good on the radio. Not a thought in my head.

Lets take life and slow it down incredibly slow, frame by frame with two minutes that take ten years to live out. Yeah, lets do that.

Telephone poles like praying mantras against the sky, metal arms outstretched. So much land travelled so little sense made of it. It doesn't mean a thing all this land laid out behind us. I'd like to take off into these woods and get good and lost for a while. I'm disgusted with petty concerns; parking tickets, breakfast specials. Does someone just have to carry this weight? Abstract typography, methane inconvenience, linear gospel, Nashville sales lady, and torturous lice, mad Elizabeth. Chemotherapy bullshit.

The light within you shines like a diamond mine, like an unarmed walrus, like a dead man face down on the highway. Like a snake eating its own tail, steam turbine, frog farm, two full closets burst open in disarray, soap bubbles in the sun, hospital death bed, red convertible, shopping list, blowjob, deaths head, devils dancing, bleached white buildings, memories, movements, the movie unfeeling, unreeling, about to begin.

I've seen your hallway, you're a darn call away, I've hear your stairs creak. I can fix my mind on your yes, and on your no. I'll film you face today in the sparkling canals, all red, yellow, blue, green brilliance and silver Dutch reflection. Racing thoughts, racing thoughts. All too real, you're moving so fast now I cant hold your image. This image I have of your face by the window, me standing beside you arm on your shoulder. A catalogue of images, flashing glimpses then gone again.

Every clear afternoon now I'll picture you up in the air twisting your heel, your knees up around me, my face in your hair. You scream so well, your smile so loud it still rings in my ears.

Imitation. Distant, tired of longing. Clean white teeth. Stay the course. Hold the wheel. Steer on to freedom. Open all the boxes.

Open all the boxes.

Open all the boxes.

Open all the boxes.

Times Square midday: newspaper buildings, news headlines going around, you watch as they go, and hope that some good comes. Those tree shadows in the park they're all whistling chasing leaves. Around six pm, shadows across cobblestones, girl in front of a bathroom mirror she slowly and carefully and paints her face green and mask like. A portrait. A green stripe. Long shot through apartment window, a monologue on top but no girl in shot. The light within you shines like a diamond mine, like an unarmed walrus, like a dead man face down on the highway. Like a snake eating its own tail steam turbine, frog farm, two full closets burst open in disarray, soap bubbles in the sun, hospital death bed, red convertible, shopping list, blowjob, deaths head, devils dancing, bleached white buildings, memories, movements. The movie unreeling, about to begin.

That was great
Yeah? Mine were alright. Wasn't my best one but who cares?
That's the spirit…

Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world

Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world

Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world

Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world

Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world.
