Google today celebrates the 25th anniversary of tetris but seems to be mocking those who have experienced the tetris effect with their new logo and alternative text which says
'Celebrating 25 Years of The Tetris Effect ? courtesy of Tetris Holding, LLC'

For those people who don't know the tetris effect is a condition people get for playing tetris too long where their brain starts to visualise everyday objects and how they are made up with tetris blocks http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetris_effect which is almost some kind of hallucination where the brain can no longer get over the fact they are not playing tetris its a funny thing but in a bad way because Google are almost encouraging people to play about 9 hours of tetris a day
