And I thought my problems can't get any worse. About a month (or two) ago, my laptop was infected with a virus (same virus that trashed my PC), and left my laptop fucked, to no end and was left to do a system recovery, that I lost everything I ever had. My laptop has been okay since then, but now it's acting more of an asshole than before. Whenever I run a virus scan, my laptop freezes/crashes. When running this scan, anything that'll freeze/crash (AppHang B1, or APPCRASH - BEX (no idea what that is, as my Firefox suffered a BEX crash, and haven't found any info about it). I can't do a System Restore back to the 10th of March, as I get a SystemFailure, (an unknown error stopped System Restore). I'm getting updates normally, and I was reading about this patch problem with Microsoft (that has triggered a blue screen of death, even in Win7), and I believe I was infected with the virus, (which might explain the two blue screens of death I had). So at this moment, I'm getting extremely annoyed, with this, since when I first tried to do a System Restore, I was told that my Drive C System contained errors, (my laptop kept doing a bootscan without me scheduling one), but when it does the scan, nothing is found and my laptop just boots. I'm unable to run a virus scan long enough without my laptop crashing to know if I have a virus/backdoor/trojan/worm or not. I use Avria Antivir (it's how it's called), and I've had no trouble with it in the past.

They fixed that with a subsequent update I believe.
Anyways hijackthis log please.

You're forgetting that system recovery, restores a system back to how it originally made (hardly anything on it). I'll have to look for it if my laptop doesn't crash. I'd turn it into XP but the problems with the current system will cause that trouble.

Vista Home Basic doesn't have an option where you can restore a system (from system recovery) back to how it was, but my laptop's not here, it's gone to be repaired.
