To be quite honest, I haven't seen any "gangsta" talk on the Forums at all. It probably isn't a giant problem.

Look at RPB's "BIG TEXT" posts in the Mascot Finals, he does it a lot there.
Ex.: "[size=(76)DA HOOKED METAPOD FO PREZIDEN'![/size]"
