I have no animator, so no animated gif.s.(I do have some already made though. So ask away and you may recieve…)
I will charge you not, but I can only handle about five requests at a time, and can work at a pace of about three a week. I work on them in the order in which I recieve the requests.

Specific Terminology- the types of sprites have names, so please use them to avoid some confusion on my part:
Recolor - takng a sprite and changing it's colors

Revamp - taking an old sprite and recoloring it to look more modern (usually from r/b/y/g/s)

Splice - a combination of two or more sprites

Addition - taking a sprite and adding things to it (especially gimmicks)

Scratch - a sprite made from scratch

Crossover - taking the same sprite from two different games and creating a neutral
