I'm back now, and I'll get to the request as soon as. Just lately my insomnia has been crazy, and I've been busy with personal stuff.

Edit: I hope this is okay. I had to use a Super Nerd sprite, from FR/LG, as I couldn't find one from D/P/Platinum:

Well, I have good news. I've made a new card with a a better style.

Raikou Trainer Card Template:

The light and dark yellow colors, meaning it's an "Electric"-type Pokemon Trainer Card Template, as I'm still trying to work on dual types, like Psychic/Steel.
