I hae a problem. It's about making a website. I don't want to pay anything, but I crave having one of my own. Can anyone help me with that?

Well, if you have forums in mind, here's a great, easy, free online tool/host that lets you set up your own forum: http://ipbfree.com/

If you wanna set up a blog-like site, then http://www.blogger.com/ or http://www.freewebs.com is for you.

As for regular websites, this usually requires HTML coding, a lot of effort, and complex FTP/etc. uploading, which I don't know a whole lot about.
