I noticed you have some info about the GSC Safari Zone, so I figured you might be interested in these. The text dumps have all the text in the game, even unused text (you'll notice tons of stuff regarding the Mobile Adapter in Crystal).

A bit of background on that…

The name of the player and the name of the rival are variables signified by one byte in the text. The minute you choose your name with Oak, the variable for your name is set to what you chose. However, if the name variable is called before it's defined (it's been done with a Game Genie), it displays "NINTEN" for the player and "SONY" for the rival.

Seems the localizers had a sense of humor.

I was looking for a line the Safari Zone gatekeeper says if you try to enter the Safari Zone with no money.  Oh well.
