Open Pokemon Crystal in a hex editor. Don't use a table file.

Go to offset 118BA5.

Yeah, the server exists, but refuses all connections you try to make.

Going to the default directory gives an error message, however. "To access Charamigo World you will require a mobile phone." (cf http://www.charamigo.com/ )

So apparently we need to access this on a Japanese cell phone. If we could use a proxy or something to bypass that, we might be able to find out more about this.

As far as the weird URL goes, I did what I always do when faced with a 404 error - I went to archive.org.
BAM - robots.txt exclusion thingy.
