Then go to the island Cresselia was on. Walk right until you reach another island. It is new moon island (i think). Then go to the entrance to face it.

To get Shaymin, go to the Pokemon League (not the PokeCentre one, the cathedral style one). Go down the waterfall. Turn right and activate the walk through walls cheat (hold R). Use it until you reach a track called Route 224 (i think thats it). Head up. Talk to professor Oak and Say anything you want to. Shaymin will appear. Head up the route Shaymin came. You will face Shaymin. :D

I think that code comes preloaded with the AR.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to be nitpicky and say that AR codes for catching secret legendary pokemon don't really count as "glitches". Moving to the appropriate board…
