Possibly the best Sega Genesis/Megadrive/Sega CD/Mega CD/32x emulator is the Gens Plus. If anyone is looking for a Genesis emulator, Gens Plus is the best one to download. Just incase if anyone was wondering…

No, Kega Fusion is the best emulator because it is most accurate Sega Emulator. It supports Genesis, Sega Master System(s), 32x, Sega CD (both Mega and Sega, they're both the same thing),and Game Gear.

Megadrive = Genesis. So does Sega Magic Drive.
