Unknown opcodes

Yeah, what is that? When I use the Yellow Missingno. encounter code and find one, I often get the error message: Unknown opcode ed *insert number here*. It's annoying. Gameboys don't show that error, so why should emulators do that? Why not just emulate what will happen on the Gameboy?

because it crashes the emulator, not the game.

Yeah, I hate when that happens too. I don't see why it couldn't ignore the unknown opcode in question like a real Gameboy would.

Because then you could load any file format like microsoft word documents and jpegs
you can attempt to do that and you get an error message just type in * then enter and you can open every file.
