Team Magma? Version

I will be using Team Magma as an example here, just because they are the funniest bad guys in my opinion.
-You start off with a choice of 'Team Magma' Pokemon.
-Poochyena, Numel, Zubat
-In Team Aqua it would be Poochyena, Psyduck or Carvanha
-The base is in Lilycove, but much larger and more modern. (4/24)
-As a Grunt, you go out doing all the stupid stuff with your Pokemon following you. (Like Pikachu in Yellow.) The Good Guy would come and meet you. (Haven't you noticed that the same Grunt always seems to be battling you?)
-You move up the ranks the better you get and the more 'Missions' you complete. You are allowed more Pokemon as you advance.
-The plan of the Team is to utilize the Champion position to gain leverage over the Pokemon Community. You will have to become the Champion to do this with a complete team. They must consist of the Team's respective types. (In this case it is Fire, Dark, Poison and maybe Ghost. You cannot use your Rival Team's type of Water, and you cannot use Pokemon that the Protagonist would use. Starters, etc.)
-After you complete the main plot line, you can be the Champion continually, try to get all of the Teamdex (Pokedex for the respective team), train and so on.
-There should be a Team _____ Battle _____.

Edit (4/23):
-It should be hard to complete the Dex. Maybe there will be BP that will allow you into areas. If that was so, then you would have the Battle Area place early on.
-You should have an underling or something to carry on in your stead. It would be cool. You would be like a Prof.!
-If you get high up in the ranks, you will have a sort of group (what's the word?) that you are able to control. There would then be the possibility of MEGA Post-Champion.

-I need some help on the main character. Should he/she be happy or very evil? Should he/she be wearing regular Team clothing? Input appreciated.
