Plans here:

[li]A map of Europe.  Currently, the gyms will be in London, Paris, Madrid, Vienna, Rome, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Brussels (wherein will be the European Pokémon League).[/li]
[li]The P will of course be replaced by the .  Prices will be changed accordingly.  This will necessitate some sort of kludge to include decimal pricing.[/li]
[li]This will be a Sapphire hack and, as such, Gens. I, II, and III Pokémon will be included.[/li]

[li]If snow tiles do not exist, they will need made.[/li]

[li]Towns: put in your suggestion here.  Edinburgh, Cardiff, Reykjavik, and Sardinia come to mind.[/li]

Why not make it a Diamond hack instead for the snow? After all, Shino resembles Europe more than Houen.

That would be the perfect spot for wild Fossil Pokemon, the Regis, Relicanth, and possibly Kyogre and Groudon.
