Nintendo DS emulator help thingy

To be clear, I'm not asking for links of any kind, just asking if there is anything out there, if so what is it called.

Okay I'm using DeSmume 0.9.9 and I was wondering if anybody knew if it is either
A) compatible with the old wifi pack extension
B) is there anything out there (it would have to be 3rd party…) that would do this.

I think it would be pretty cool to connect to Nintendo DSs via emulator, but then again I understand why that would be a bad idea for both the customers of the actual product AND the company. I do know that DeSmume said they won't be making one, but I wouldn't doubt a 3rd party source didn't try to make one.

Thanks.

Yeah I saw the wifi pack, but i was unsure if it was compatible with later versions…
(turns out it includes one compatible) It needs a wired connection, and I'm using wireless. virtual box is proven to fix that, but it is obviously too much for my laptop as you already know.
