…but I don't have any tools for that, I have a JP Emerald rom though, I want to of course badly translate that, glitch a few sprites, and some other stuff. Any tool recomendations?

EDIT: I have A-Text, but I don't have a INI for the English Emerald rom (yes, I decided to use the English one)and I'm too lazy to make one. Can anyone give me the INI with every single piece of valid text?
