Wouldn't it be ok to post links to downloads of emulators and ROMs? We wouldn't actually be having them on our site. Google would be just as guilty. If you're feeling really unsure, then you can link to a site which links to the download. There would be some liability, but if we link to a site which links to a site with a link to the download, we'd have no liability at all.

Emulators aren't illegal, so you can have downloads here. (although we'd rather you link to it since Abwayax's server is running out of space. XD)

Emulators aren't illegal; ROMs are. I'd prefer that you don't post links to ROMS, as that would put the site in questionable legal territory, and there's always the risk that the ROM downloads could be infected with viruses and whatnot. I don't see any problem with linking to emulators, though.
