I couldn't help laughing. They made Oak retarded and dumb, and they called the rival "Douche" That was too funny. I nearly choked on my chewing gum!

I think it's supposed to parody the video game to an extreme regard. Ex: Oak asking what his grandson's name is even though he should obviously know, the rival being given a stupid name (which I'm fairly sure people have done), etc
