I agree with Obama on most of the issues.

Would you mind listing a few?

I personally like Barack Obama because he seems to represent the change that America needs.
Same.
My parents say he is a Muslim Socialist.
And they say that all Muslim's are terrorists. >_>

I would vote for Barack Obama, because he is the lesser of two evils.

Gladly.
Abortion
Energy
Environment
Guns
Health Care
Iraq
Taxes
That's some.

Fair enough. I disagree with him specifically on three of those issues (against abortion, for guns and against nationalized health care). And of course I?m angry about his vote in favor of telecom immunity.

In the end I voted for Bob Barr, though of course he has no chance of winning. I think it?s interesting that even though I read the paper every single day, I had never read about a single third-party candidate. Ever. Didn?t know who they were either before I specifically looked them up, except Nader (whom I remembered from 2004).

I never vote, and never will. So I went for the "Undecided" option.

Anyway, if I could vote, I'd do so for McCain. Even though I actually support Bob Barr on more of his views, I know that sadly there's no real chance for a third-party candidate to win, so that's why I'm for McCain. And instead of just saying who I support, I probably ought to give a reason too.

Personally, one of the main reasons that I like McCain so much is because of how much I dislike Obama. Obama's tax plans are ridiculous. While he's been preaching at almost every single debate that taxes will not rise for families who make an income of more than $250,000, anyone who took the time to read his 100+ page plan who realize that he calculates income differently than the IRS, and in actuality this comes out to be $165,000, so taxes would not go up for people making $82,500 each, instead of $125,000 which he's made many believe. Consequently, while the current income tax rate under the Bush Adminstration is roughly around 35%, Obama plans on raising income taxes up to 46% yearly, and force people to pay the difference between his tax rate and Bush's for the '09 year, which means next year many families will infact be paying around 54% of their income to the government. That's over half of what you make, meaning one person in the family is pratically working for the government!

McCain's plan, while I admit I'm not quite as knowledgable on it, is much more similar to the Bush Administration's tax rates. And he's trying to get nuclear energy as another fuel source to lower costs of travelling and manufacturing. If it's safe enough for sailors serving in nuclear submarines to live, I think it's worth a shot for our country.

But that's just my two cents. Nice to make a first post in a couple of months. :)

Ohmygosh. Abwayax didn't use a period, or, if wanted, a comma. I for one am shocked.

*insert spam/grammatically incorrect text here*

Also, I prefer Obama.

Though if people paid attention to third parties, I'd vote for Bob Barr. I'll do that here.
