Celebi glitch on MeBoy? (Pokémon for mobile phones)

Basically what the title says. I have pok?mon silver on my mobile, will I be able to use the Celebi glitch? I'd also like to know if it could harm my mobile phone in the process.

If this MeBoy thing is what I think it is (an emulator), then yes, you should be able to do any glitch, and it will most certainly not harm your phone.
