I bet a dollar with somebody as to the technicalities of the old Missingno glitch in Red/Blue.

When a rare candy is fed to a glitch M' pokemon, it evolves into a Kangaskhan. What level is this new Kangaskhan?

I said 75, the other guy said 80.

It all depends on what level the 'M was when you used that rare candy so you're both right… unless of course that 'M was at level 127 before you rare candied in which case it'll be a level 128 Clefairy or high if that 'M was level 128, etc.
