GARY 'M 9:  Feel free to move a name change.  And yes, it's a ripoff of the United Mexican States, but it's the first thing that came to mind.

Speaking of, why not make a board of this?  We can debate changes to the site, like the Exclusive Board and Admin Office (which could be the judicial and executive respectively) but open to all full members.
