Emphasis on "Printing Topic: 'New Sig: Aw Yeah!'"
No offense to any lurkers who may print this

fairly certain that those are just bots.
…although I'm not sure exactly why they've selected to print but eh, bots can be strange.

They're some chinese search site called baidu.com.

They shouldn't be doing THAT many spiders though, may ban their range soon.

Web crawlers often click every link which they can find, which would explain why they may be "printing". At the top and bottom of the page we have a Print button that brings you to a printer friendly version of the page (?action=printpage;topic=(Topic ID).

The Who's Online text for this 'print page' function is "Printing Topic: (X)", even if you aren't necessarily printing the page. There are similar functions like &wap2 (Wireless Application Protocol) for mobile devices.

Strange how many crawlers from baidu.com were selecting 'print' all at once though.

They're some chinese search site called baidu.com.

Baidu happens to be the largest search engine in China (much larger than Google, probably because its in bed with the Chinese government).

So that's probably why GCL is down close to every other day?
