I got charmander for a starter (MY OT) , but then after Pewter gym, he was just like, "Fuck you I'm gonna act like you're not my trainer"  and started disobeying me and acting like a traded Pokemon.
Fucking rip charmander.

Now that I look back at it, it does look like you were quoting someone.
I don't know what ProtonJon is so I was a bit confused.
