Adding items to the "New file" menu

This is a .REG file. This file, when run, will add several new items to the "New File" right-click context menu.

I believe this would be helpful for programmers, ROM hackers, and users in general.

This adds the following:
.py file
.bat file
.asm file
.html file
.css file
.ini file
.js file
.vbs file
.c file
.h file
.dat file

I generally just use new text document and change the extension…
