There are 251 real PkMn in GSC, counting one Unown. Add in the other 25, and keep the existing placeholders, and that's 276. Does it work like shinies?

Hidden Power depends on your Pok?mon's IV's, stats, Pok?mon, and alot of other things. You should try to use an IV calculator to understand.
I've got a question for y'all…what is the deal with the Unowns? I know they're shaped like the alphabet, but is their shape the only difference? And the move they have, Hidden Power, how does it work? I didn't ever figure out anything about the Unown past getting them…
