Bidoof is only useful for learning Cut. And being annoying.

Bibarel can't fly. However it can learn Super Fang and both of its abilities are pretty cool, so it's somewhat useful in NU.

Any Pokemon can learn any TM, with an Action Replay, but without, Bibarel can't fly.

That stuff is awesome! Being a fan of Bidoof and Bibarel, I love it!
Anyway, just to let you guys know, Bibarel actually has okay stats and an amazing moveset.
