[/size][size=1pt]Well, here's the patch (for now), it might not be perfect but xdelta isn't perfect.
Use it on a clean US Emerald ROM. If it doesn't work, use a different ROM.
Download xdelta:
http://xdelta.org/, rename the EXE to "xdelta3", run it via Command Prompt, then type the folowing command:
[/size][size=1pt]xdelta3.exe -d -s rom.gba ChineseEmerald.xdelta whateveryouwantthefilenametobe.gba[/size][size=1pt]
Make sure that the ROM and the patch are in the same location.
Replace "rom.gba" with the ROM's name, and "whateveryouwantthefilenametobe.gba" with the filename of the resulting file.
There are some differences. Eg, the Copy(W)right screen isn't changed (it should be blank) and the game might eventualy crash at one point, as I didn't test it. When I'll get a clean JP Emerald ROM, I will make a proper patch. You need to deal with it for now.[/size]
EDIT:I can't upload the file again, CAN ANY ADMIN FIX THAT PLEASE?!?
I will upload it once it's fixed.

Ummm, the page freezes when I click "Post" or "Save" if a file is attached, this doesn't happen all the time. Same if I click "Preview", but it freezes at "Feching Preview" and the "Post" button stops working.

What kind of file are you trying to upload? Name, size, and type?

A xdelta patch for US Emerald, basicly, a canned bootleg.
Size, I don't remember and can't check right now. Name was basicly "ChineseEmerald.xdelta".
But it happens with most files, picture seem to work more commonly than other file types.
