I'd advise blue, in my opinion,  at least. Yellow fixed some glitches exclusive to R/B. And if you're looking for glitches,  you're gonna find less in yellow.
;)
But the thats just what I'm saying.

But Yellow has "PikaWalk"…

It does, but the Pikachu in yellow is pretty pointless tbh.
Being the only one you get in the game.
Or at least without trades.

Why getting level 100 Nidoking when you can just skip Brock and get something better?

'Cause it doesn't work on EU versions T_T
But on US, yeah, y'can skip Brock. But it's cool to rape all Trainers in Mt Moon with sweet Nidoking before getting sweeter Mew.

I would get Blue because there's more to glitch. ;)

You do realize that while Yellow did fix several glitches, a lot of them got replaced, right?
For example, the Old Man Trick was fixed… but the LRT glitch works essentially the same in the end (encounter Pokemon of choice)
