Thanks for the help!

I modified the save file in a way that some Pokemon/info couldn't be spoiled, that's why most of the pokemon were erased. Removing the glitch Pokemon from the daycare was all I wanted.

Did you remove the invisible bad eggs using the pomeg glitch?

I could have changed the Glitch Pokémon into a Bad Egg then remove it using a cloning Glitch Pokémon (the one I left in your PC), but I removed the Glitch Pokémon manually.
I added the Invisible Bad Egg (for easier Pomeg Glitch setup) after that.
