you can transmit your sav file from iphone to PC using SHH ;)

It happens occasionally. Most of the time its through a gameshark glitchmon (experienced as kid), but only happens when the glitch move makes a super glitch effect that basically corrupt all of the save data or the most important addresses. The game itself will delete the save file.

can be found with the Time Capsule exploit with Feraligatr or by Method #3 of the Mew glitch using a Pokémon with a special stat of 199
But there are still moves that can corrupt certain values of save or ROM values. They just may take a bunch of tries because they are just random.
