No they're not. Look! They even have different names.
Just a tip… MISSINGNO, 'M, ???????, —–, AND , ARE THE SAME GUYS!
What glitch Pok?mon occupy(ies) D/P slots 9000 and over?
[blank]? More specifically, [blank]9042 (OVER 9000!) and [blank]FFFF?
GET IT RIGHT!
—— Doesexist in platinum.
MissingNo. is in RED/BLUE/YELLOW/GREEN ONLY!
'M is in RED AND BLUE ONLY!
—– is in D/P(possibly Platinum too) ONLY!
—– occupies hexidecimal 0000 in D/P and is used as a placeholder and is a white box.
MissingNo. occupies VARIOUS hexidecimals in RED/BLUE/YELLOW/GREEN and is shaped like a BACKWARDS L in R/B and looks like some weird yellow and orange thing in YELLOW.
'M occupies Hexidecimal 00 in Red and Blue only and is shaped like a backwards L.
It's MissingNo because those things sound exactly alike amirite? :P
