Yes. A somewhat port.
It was developed by GameArts, who worked on Brawl.
Ubisoft owns the rights to the game.
Unfortunately, it didn't live up to Brawl; not even close. Thank you, UBIsoft, for cramming RABBIDS into our '25th anniversary' TMNT game. O_o

I'm one of those. Brawl was stupid- you can win the battle on one stupid ass ball that never pops for me?

Also, my fave character of Melee, Falco, was made dumber and sucks ass in Brawl in contrast to Melee, where he was boss.
