Happy Raikou Appreciation Day indeed! I think it was intentionally made to appear early. Raikou and Entei appeared just after I defeated Whitney.

That HAS to be a glitch. You're supposed to release them from the Burned Tower first, which is more than right after Whitney.

Wait, I'm confusing things. *bangs head on keyboard* The first time I saw Raikou and Entei was on Route 42. Sorry, it was a few months ago.

And despite all I did for it, Raikou just WON'T get caught!
Entei was caught with no problem.
