I like the supersized buttons. It would help me click on Firefox, not IE8.

Not to be mean or anything, but you need oversized buttons to help you tell the difference between Firefox and IE? One of them's a fox and the other is a blue E.

No, but the buttons are so close together my mouse occasionally clicks IE8 instead of Firefox.

Have you ever thought about moving the buttons apart?

You can do that?

As a demonstration to my brother, who likes Windows, I made my desktop look like Windows.

Notepad++ is a Windows program running under Wine, running alongside the native Linux version of Firefox.

Current obsession: terminal multiplexing.

Seriously, now I can use vi to enter text for IRC! Whats not to love?

(Also, cannot wait for Chromium to get ported to BSD)

Windows 7 running inside Virtualbox in seamless mode (i.e. blended together). Shown are IE8, my USB hard drive in Windows Explorer, and that same hard drive in Nautilus file manager.

I only gave it 1 GB of RAM so it's running rather sluggishly. It's also not activated yet.

Two other annoying things with this setup: One, when I set up audio for the VM it seems to take exclusive control over the sound device (i.e. away from Ubuntu). So no Rhythmbox for me while I run this thing. The other annoying thing is that Virtualbox mounts shared folders as network locations, not as local drives (presumably there's a way to actually get it to recognize the USB drive instead of using this hack approach).
