I have heard of it, but not "PC edition".

It's a rom bundled with an emulator.

That's pretty much what I thought it could be.

And up for today's screenshot:

Windows Seven, with 'small icons' turned on for Superbar and to "always show" labels.
Sucks I can't get the Classic menu without installing third-party crapware.

Windows 7 is terrible, as there's been reports of black screens of death here in the UK.

Meh, it's a mess, but I don't care. I find it easier to find things.

Ubuntu appears to distort windows somewhat when you move them while holding Ctrl (or whatever key you have set in Preferences).

This is a graphics setting, you can manage it if you go to System menu -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Visual Effects.

Just me testing out Wine. Steam seems to work weirdly though, you can't drag around the window.

Are you running the latest build of Wine? 8.10 is roughly a year old.

For the 9.10 Karmic release, Steam on Wine has a "platinum" rating - meaning it runs flawlessly.

Yeah, I haveā€¦ 465 new updates waiting to be installed apparently. I should probably do something about that.

You should probably just upgrade to 9.10 while you're at it.

Technically, though, I think you have to upgrade to 9.04 first.

Yeah. I'm posting this message while I'm upgrading because it told me to close all applications and I'm a rebel

UPDATE: I tried updating to 9.10 the other day, it froze while installing something called "dbus". I think that's important. Either way, I had to reinstall Ubuntu entirely.

Anyway, here's what it looks like now:
EDIT: Just as well I read through these old threads sometimes. Did something happen to Tinypic over the years that I never found out about? At least it wasn't a penis this time.
Steam works, Half-Life 2 launches but gets stuck on the loading screen seemingly. 3D issue maybe?

Banshee isn't perfect (had some issues with duplicate tracks at first) but it seems to be the best media player I've found so far.

UPDATED UPDATE: Holy crap there's a panel applet that displays the weather. THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER

Got a laptop for work recently. Windows XP is actually not as unbearable as I expected. Web browsing is certainly much nicer without Firefox.

EDIT: I was browsing this thread and I think TinyPic got hacked or something. So yeah. Let's pretend that never happened.
I think I might just like Songbird. Unlike Amarok, the import iTunes library feature actually does something.
