It's uh… Pink. Missing, here's some advice, from this old spriter, try using colors from other Pokemon to add to the sprite.

MS Paint, doesn't offer much of a choice, when it comes to colors. If you need any colored sprites, Missing, I can send you some to help you practice on. I still don't know why I still have my sprite file, I stopped doing spites, as I keep getting artists block, it's similar to writer's block, but I run out of ideas for recolors.

MS Paint offers ALL 16.7Million colors.

Colors > Edit Colors > Define Custom Colors

O.O Uh, I'll think I'll leave my Winged Pokemon out, of it for now. My current list is:

Candy Cane Pokemon
Christmas Pokemon
Black and Fire Pokemon
Candyfloss/Marshmellow Pokemon. (Still working on it)
Black and Gold Pokemon
Mirror Pokemon (Where I use a darker Pokemon and a lighter sprite, underneath to make it look like that Pokemon is standing on ice)
Recolors (Like sort of like color swaping)
Fossil Pokemon (Still trying to fix that)
Demon Pokemon
Angel Pokemon (Still working on)
R/B MissingNo. glitch Pokemon
G/S/C glitch Pokemon
Shadow Pokemon (Still trying to find another style to it)
Trainer fusions (I stopped doing).

Well, it isn't too bad for your first try. It's like I said, try collecting sprites from Pokemon Elite 2000 site, and then when you go to the sprite, remove the background, select all, copy it, then load up another sprite, make the outline bigger then paste the other, move it over, then begin. Would it be okay if the Pokemon are Ninetale's? Since most of my Pokemon, like the demons/black and fire were made from Ninetales.

Why don't you try 3Ds? I'm not sure if you remember the 3D Rayquaza, I did. I make a Shiny Version of it. Ugh, I'll have to remake some of my sprites, as lot of them have wings on them.
