Pokémon Lapis Lazuli

Some of things I'd like for this to include is:
[li]Put in all seven regions (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Sevii Islands, Orre, and Orange Islands), and complete Kanto.[/li]
[li]Extend the storyline to span all the regions, and revamp some places to be bigger. (Goldenrod Underground as an full-fledged city like The Under, anyone?)[/li]
[li]Put in all 493 Pokémon, a few new Pokémon like Mewthree and Missingno., and many new Unown forms. (Hiragana, Katakana, Cyrillic, Greek, Herbew, numbers, etc)[/li]
[li]Add in a finer palette day/night cycle to make the time changes more apparent. It would also be possible to emulate the fog in Sinnoh and the lightning flashes in Hoenn.[/li]
[li]Hopefully be able to hack in more music, like from the later games.[/li]
[li]Possibly add in some new features from HeartGold and SoulSilver.[/li]
Before anyone tells me the above is impossible, remember that GSC manages to have all 251 Pokémon and two regions in 2 megabytes of space. It can easily be expanded to 4 or 8 megabytes of space, and I hear there's already a lot of free space in GSC.
Only issue with expanding GSC's space is that the real-time clock would have to be removed, thus disabling its ability to keep ticking when the Gameboy is off, and the in-game clock's code would have to be ASM hacked to use the Gameboy's CPU to keep time. However, this means the character can now do something like get in a bed and sleep until time XX:00.
Adding in all 493 Pokémon would also require ASM hacking, which would probably be easier if there was a disassembly to edit instead of hex-editing the ROM.
Any thoughts and comments on this? Also, help is welcome, since I wouldn't be able to do all this on my own.
