At 3:30 this morning, someone fired gunshots at a car prowler, in MY NEIGHBORHOOD!

He was fired at, but wasn't hit.

Prowler is the word that the neighborhood calls it.
The victim? A gunshot wound to the leg, but nothing crtical.
