Project Trainer Dex

I strongly think that there should be a glitch trainer dex. It could be an extension of the glitchdex maybe. I need some web savvy people to helt create its base and I need some people to gather pictures and info. I'll take the sprites out of the pictures for the dex and direct this project. WHO'S WITH ME!?!?!

[spoiler3=data]here's all of the collected data so-far:

Data:

Although glitch trainers can have any team, I've noticed that some teams are more common than others for certain trainers. I'll list the ones I've gotten for ZZAZZ.

HEX 251:

Name: a bunch of garbled junk.

Sprite: Varies. Always garbled.

Known Teams : Glitcherino Level 0, Omastar Level 0, M    p'u[][Japanese Symbol] Lv. 0, Nidorino Level 0, Chansey Lv. 0, Clefairy Lv. 0

Notes: ZZAZZ trainer/Death Trainer. Lv.0 Team CAN be beaten without freezing, assuming you have only three Pokemon in your party. Also, when you face off against this trainer, you will either face off against his Glitcherino again, and you'll be able to beat him again, or he'll send out an unbeatable Charizard M that freezes your game when its turn comes. There is a fair chance (about 1 in 3) that encountering this glitch trainer will cause you to go to a glitchy trade center instead of battle.

HEX: 255

Name: (garbled junk) 14 S (garbled junk)

Sprite: Varies. Always garbled

Known Teams: Charizard M (PSN/BRN)

Notes: ZZAZZ Trainer/Death Trainer. Charizard CAN be beaten, but following that he will send out his next Pokemon (which is fainted), which will be the unbeatable 147 Charizard M.

These are just the teams that I've encountered with ZZAZZ, and I have not checked HEX 252 or 254 for their teams yet. Anyone who has seen other teams with these Death Trainers, feel free to mention the teams and anything else you think would be helpful or interesting.

Chief (Old Man glitch level 183)
Team1: 8, PkMnn, Glitcherino, Flareon, MissingNo., Glitcherino (all level 32)
Prof. Oak (Old Man glitch level 225)
Team1: 8, PkMnn, Glitcherino, Flareon, MissingNo., Glitcherino (all level 32)
Team2: Pidgey, Drowzee, ?, ?, ?, ? (all level 111)
I got Team2 once, but I forgot all the PkMn except Pidgey and Drowzee, and the order too! Hopefully I'll get it again sometime! I'm pretty sure he had a Magneton somewhere too. And maybe a Farfetch'd. And maybe a Caterpie. In other words, mostly weak kind of PkMn, with a break in the middle (a Nidoking or a Magneton or something like that).
Chief (Old Man some other random level)
Team1: Growlithe (level 64)

These are the Pokemon that Oak has:

Lv.66 Tauros
Lv.67 Exeggutor
Lv.68 Arcanine
Lv.69 Blastoise
Lv.70 Gyarados.

Yeah, that would be cool. Mmm, well I have seen strange trainers, on, my Gold (VBA), from codes. I can't remember 'em, but knowing me, I'll cause chaos, on my Gold, like I'm doing on my R/B. ^^. You don't get much different trainers, on R/B/G/Y, anyway. G/S/C/ a bit more different.

well, you have prof.oak and quite a few more trainers on r/b. I've seen youtube videos.

Yeah, but on G/S/C you can get, Pokefans, Youngsters, and a few more, I can't remember, it's been ages since I last played, G/S/C.

This could be good, and we could archive their variations and rarities of those, extra effects, stuff like that. Should go in Suggestions/Complaints actually. (the staff already does have a lot on their hands though with Project: Balthasar)

Hmm. I know most trainers, would send out like glitches, I know that. Also what is this "Death trainer"? *shot for being clueless* It's like with me and when I research the glitches, and hunt for new ones. I know most glitch codes, can or does effect, other trainers. It's like with me, on my gold, on VBA, I had a Bad Egg cheat on, and no matter who I faught, they turned into Bad Egg's. Like this: Wild [blank] appeared! and there'd be a trainer sprite, but in bad egg's colors, and has no HP is lvl 0 and is either female, or male. Ands you can catch, that trainer, it's bizzare. For Glitch Trainers, or something, I'm not sure. I'm sure, there's some sort of Trainer code, out there, just have to find one, or create out own.

The Death Trainer is one of the bizarre parts of the ZZAZZ glitch. He looks like yourself, adopts your same name (usually ZZDZZIZZ or whatever), and causes a semi TMTRAINER upon encounter. He has 2 or 3 Charizard 'Ms all with mega HP bars, which can't get KO'd by one Explosion and with that in combination with it being the only move you can use he is impossible to defeat (Newo's used every code at his disposal). After a few Charizard 'Ms, he has a random PkMn, some Ice type like a Lapras or Cloyster usually. Then after a few more Charizard 'Ms to fill the rest of his team, he has a 7th slot Charizard 'M, which is impossible to defeat. It's health is locked at C480 or something like that. Another variation of his team has been beaten before.

Another thing about the Death trainer: he "possesses" all regular trainers during ZZAZZ, so when you challenge any trainer, you'll always get him instead.

Said variation team is a team of Lv. 0 Pokemon: A Glitcherino (who has a huge HP bar that keeps draining and refilling for forever, but it does evenutally die), a Omastar, a M    p'u[][Japanese symbol], a regular Nidorino, a Chansey, and a Clefairy.

If you do manage to beat the Trainer, he'll repeat the words of the trainer he's normally supposed to be. (In my case, "Hold on, my line's snagged!") and give you 9999 money. Thing is when you fight another Trainer afterward, he comes back again, his Pokemon still fainted. Then he sends out his 7th and onward Pokemon, in my case a Charizard M that froze the game when I tried to attack. I don't know if this is the Charizard Newo spoke of or not. I assume that Newo found out its HP was locked into a certain range by battling it.

Oh, and Guy, you CAN attack with other moves, but the Pokemon may disobey and use explosion instead. Also, I've figured out that the game will only freeze after a battle (Death Trainer or otherwise), when the graphics are screwed up. If you fix the graphics by looking at a non-Bulbasaur Pokemon in the PC, or only have three Pokemon in your party to begin with, the game will not freeze after battle. So you can battle with the Bulbasaurs to get them to reset to Level 100 (and evolve into Ivysaurs) This will also fix their glitched stats. I suspect that the ZZAZZ Bulbasaurs are some kind of hybrid, and evolving them stablizes them like any other hybrid.

But we're getting off topic. I agree that a trainerdex would be a good idea.

I don't reallly know much of the G/S/C Gameshark codes, but I'm sure I'll come up with one. Or something. I've still got my R/B research, to deal with, and begin on Yellow, soon. Trouble is, the YM looks, a lot like other glitches. I mean, when I encountered him, sure he crashed my game, but sooner or later, I finally caught him, and my game seems fine. I heard rumor's that he deletes saved data, but he doesn't. My yellow is very old, and it's on its last legs. I've caught the YM, and he done no damage, what's so ever. In away, he's kinda stablelized, my Yellow. Anyway, a trainer dex, would be pretty cool. When I'm not researching glitches, I'll test out a code, I have in mind, if it works, I'll get screenshots, and place them here.

Trainers can have any pokemon, depending on variables, so you can't document exact Pokemon it has. RBY Trainer's hex are already on the biglist and we have a thread about the GSC ones somewhere.

Also I am starting to regret ever calling the undefeatable after-glitch trainer a death trainer as it seems to pop up too much for my liking.

Hmm, well I'm very interested in, seeing any type of glitches. I wish to research, and study them, much as possible. At the moment codes, for my research on R/B glitches, 01C21ED1, 01C11ED1, 01A91ED1, 01A81ED1, 01A71ED1, 01A61ED1, 01A51ED, 01A51ED1, and just tried 01A41ED1, was a Rapidash, but got an error. I'm trying all sorts of random codes, I can think of. I've been trying glitches on my Crystal VBA, and well, hasn't had much effect. Well, there is one, where I have all 3 starters, and they're all female and fainted. I'm sure my Rival, sent out ?????? before. I can't remember.

Why are you starting to regret it? What are you going to call it afterwards?

Why have you changed the title?

It just sounds a bit stronger and shows that this is a project I and possibly a few more members *hint* *hint* could/will work on, not just a suggestion.

I guess we have started, so we can put the stuff here. Anyway, I have a bit already (I'm gonna be doing research):
Not much 'cause  I forgot a lot, but I hve a bit down.
