In the "0" text file, which I assume is english, there's:

As of 11 months ago, these are the lists. Note that they are regular expressions, not simply a list of words. However, it can change with every 3DS firmware update, so that list may be out-of-date now.

The list for Generation V is hard-coded into games though (since the DS doesn't have a built-in word filter like the 3DS does), which gives us this wonderful list.

• Whether umlauted characters (which can only be entered in the German language Gen I games) make it through Poké Transporter. Should be tested from both the German games and the non-German Western language games.
  
• What happens to an unnicknamed Pokémon transported from a game in a language other than the language it was caught in? (In fact, what happens in the Generation I games alone if you evolve an unnicknamed Pokémon in a game of a language that differs from the language in which it was caught? Does its species name change?)
  
• What happens to the in-game trade OT upon being transferred from German, Italian, and Japanese games. (Japanese is probably unchanged, but German should be changed to normal capitalization like other languages, and Italian should do the same and expand the contraction.)
  
• If a Mr. Mime is nicknamed "MR.MIME" (with the period rather than decimal point as unnicknamed Mr. Mime use) or "MR. MIME" in English (or Spanish or Italian), will it have its name properly converted to "Mr. Mime"?
  
• What happens to an unnicknamed Mr. Mime transferred from a French game? Do the French games also use a decimal point rather than period in its species name (which gets converted as a hyphen)?
  
• Confirmation that the OT given to Pokémon who have it removed due to the word filter becomes Blue* in English Blue.
  
• Does the OT that is given to Pokémon that have their OT removed vary between languages? (In French Red it does become Red*, but Red is the player's default name in French too.)
  
• Which ID each VC game corresponds to. We know the 4 IDs that are used, but not which game gets which ID (and especially whether Western Blue and Japanese Blue share an ID).
  
• Following on from that, exactly how the game determines game of origin and language of origin. Due to data stored about Pokémon in Gen I, I would assume that the game just uses the game the Pokémon was transported from (allowing in-game trades to be from any Western language, since they can trade with each other). Likewise, is the OT of in-game trade Pokémon converted according to the current game's language.
