I don't think it is possible. All the Pokémon in a route have a perecnt chance of appearing, and they all add up to 100%. Meaning that a Pokémon has at least a 1% chance of appearing. Shinies are a different story. Once the identity is determined, it decides if it will have a shiny status. Same thing goes with Pokérus.
