They're pretty cool! Did you know that in Red/Blue Lickitung couldn't learn Lick? Or that at least one species of Pok?mon evolves at every level from 20 to 40 except 29 and 39? Then, look here: http://www.dragonflycave.com/didyouknow.aspx

Nothing in G/S/C learns Razor Wind in any way other than breeding.

I tried teaching a regular Charizard Fly in Red/Blue, it told me I could not do it. An overwhelming number of sources I found also say this cannot happen. I know he can learn it in Yellow.

Not exactly, I just remebered seeing a 1st gen Charizard with Fly. But yeah, good point :P.

Besides, Gligar can't even learn any Flying Type attacks! Why even give it the Flying type?
