The answer to this question has to be true, or false!
Is the answer to this question false?

That's a context question.
Well just the question alone is a paradox!

No, the paradox is "I am lying."

Not really, since if I say true it implies "True, it is false."

(In answering Glitchhuntress's question)
A paradox is a self-contradicting statement. Pretty much.
What about this one?
This statement is true.
The above statement is false.

Makes sense to me.

Is the following statement a paradox?

"Am I lying?"

"I gave birth to two sons. One is a girl."

The 'paradox' in bold print is not actually a paradox. That is just a false statement.

-This sentence contains six words.

-This sentence does not contain seven words.

-This sentence doesn't contain six words.

-This sentence doesn't has a period.

-All statements in this post does not have an x in it.

-This statement doesn't have an apostrophe in it.

-Liar 1: "My statements are all lies."
-Liar 2: "His statements are all true."
-Liar 1: "My friend here tells only lies."
-Liar 2: "I tell only the truth."

-A parrot is guaranteed to say anything it hears. Liar 1 says his first stamenet above to it, but it does not say anything. The guarantee is TRUE. (This isn't actually a paradox, figure out why)

-Consider a situation in which a father and son are driving down the road. The car collides with a tree and the father is killed. The boy is rushed to the nearest hospital where he is prepared for emergency surgery. On entering the surgery suite, the surgeon says, "I can't operate on this boy. He's my son." (This is not a paradox either, figure out why)

-A barber who promises to shave everyone in his town who does not shave themselves. There are no other barbers within 1000 miles. Can the barber shave himself and keep his promise? (T'is a rhetorical question)

I don't think these are paradoxes, really you are just saying that certain sentences have and don't have certain thing.

Man can never be free of control, for to be free of control is to be controlled by oneself.

Or the surgeon is female.

Or the surgeon is female.

That is the best answer.

Another paradox:
A sphere can, topologically, be turned inside out.

A sphere can, topologically, be turned inside out.

Known as Smale?s Paradox.
