It's not a Block he's a L backwards as in a Block as in a Cube-like missingNo. I've never seen before. Also how's this pokemon_yellow:

I wasn't to sure about using this Trainer but it was the only one it was gonna work with if you don't like it I could remake another one.
Yeah you can try to re-make it.Here let me find a trainer…I will post it.

That's what I meant by Block Missingno.! "Glitch block" is what it's fully named. There is no "just block" Missingno.

I think he means an ordinary MissingNo., the same one that is in the image in your avatar.

No I didin't the last few weeks my mind has been somewhere else, not here with me I've never fully scratched anything I don't know how to but I can make Glitched Pokemon like your avatar there ACE91 also in MissingNo.'s colors like I did for a friend on another forum site.

I gots a hard one fors yas.Try making Gardevoir into a human.Not a pokemon/human, just a human.Also try to make a female human flygon trainer.Make the hair look like Flygon's…Head hair whatever thing, except make it go down kinda.Give her rose colored glasses and an outfit the colors of flygon with a design on the shirt that looks like the end of Flygon's tail.I hope you can figure out what I'm saying.Anyway,I drew both and they looked rather cool.I'd just like to see them as sprites.I've allredy tried to do it myself and failed,and you're better and faster at making sprites then I, so good luck.
