Can you add an outside (as in another) sprite to an image? As in, a non Pokemon sprite?

No, take a sprite, get another sprite from another source, and put it in with the sprite, but not mixed with the sprite?

Argghh. I've having a hard time wording this correctly.

Here's what I wanted:
Can you do The Christmas Arcanine and edit it in to say "Los Paranoias" just below the sprite?

I wanted something a little more than that, but that's the best I can say it.

O.O :o Altaria, with a Gyarados? >< Shit… The Arcanine, I'll have to do on my other computer. When I use text in, Paint, on mine it's all pixeld, it's annoying.

I'll admit. This try at another rainbow, Pokemon, sucks. I tried an Emerald Rapidash, and here it is. (It sucks, I know.):
